Extensive research has been put into what sort of yoghurt Chick-fil-a uses in its classic Greek yoghurt parfait and questions regarding its nutritional benefits. As of November 2019, Chick-fil-a announced a partnership with Wallaby’s organic yoghurt for its Greek yoghurt parfait which has attracted positive reviews amongst consumers. In 2022 however, Chick-fil-a began a partnership with Fairlife, LLC; which is a diary company to produce farm-to-table Greek yoghurt. The reason for this change is unknown and Chick-fil-a continues to obtain positive reviews for its Greek yogurt parfait. If you are wondering how to make your own Greek yoghurt, then you are right on cue.

How to Make Your Own Greek Yoghurt

We can’t guarantee that you would produce Greek yoghurt parfait which tastes exactly like Chick-fil-a’s, but we are sure that you could make one which would have its own unique taste. Who knows, you can become Chick-fil-a’s biggest competitor in a couple of years (just kidding lol). Some basic equipment’s which you would need include an Instant Pot, a Yoghurt Straightener and vanilla paste. I recommend Rodelle’s .

Ingredients to Use:

Two tbsp. of Oui vanilla yoghurt

Three tbsp. of Rodelle Vanilla Paste

One-quarter cup of Powder Sugar

A cup of Heavy Cream

52 ounce of Fairlife Ultra Filtered Milk

14 ounce of Sweetened Condensed Milk

What to Do:

Pour in one-fourth of Fairlife Ultra Filtered Milk into the instant pot.

Carefully, whisk in the Oui Vanilla yoghurt, Heavy cream, Rodelle Vanilla paste, Sweetened Condensed Milk, and Powder Sugar. Afterwards, pour in the rest of the Fairlife Ultra Filtered Milk

After whisking, set the instant pot to venting. After setting, don’t forget to place the lid on top. Also make sure to set the incubation time to eight hours.

Remove immediately once it is finished as the yogurt becomes tart if you leave it in past the required amount of time. Cover the pot with paper folded paper towel, and do not stir yet. Place the pot in a fridge for approximately 4 – 6 hours.

Mix until the vanilla bean is thoroughly blended into the yogurt then wait until the yoghurt is cooled before mixing.

After mixing, place the yoghurt in a yoghurt strainer. In this setting, yoghurt straining takes approximately 4-6 hours to get thick. The reason behind this extended time is that the more time spent straining, the thicker the yoghurt becomes.

When you are done, you can divide the yoghurt into consumable portions.

We recommend toppings such as grapes, strawberries and almond butter to add flavor to your yoghurt

Enjoy!

making a Chick-fil-a lookalike yoghurt isn’t hard. All you need are the right ingredients, basic equipment’s and a determination to perfect your steps. With the inclusion of the Fairlife Ultra Filtered Milk which Chick-fil-a uses, you are definitely on the right path. You might not get it on your first try; I know I didn’t get it on my first try, but with time, you could become perfect at it and give Chick-fil-a a run for their money. (Again, just kidding lol).
