Replace or Exchange:

On The left side of the app, you can notice a three-bar, click on it.

From the list choose “your orders”. After choosing you will get the list of items you have ordered till now.

In the list choose the item you have ordered but you have received another.

After clicking you will get into a page. On that page click on replace items. 

There you will get a list of reasons for replacing your product. Choose “Wrong item received”. After that, in the given box, describe the issue.

Then they will process a replacement for the wrong product and after some time, you will get the right product. 

Return:

On the left side click on three bars and choose “your orders” from the list on the page.

From the list of your orders find the item you have ordered and click on it. 

There choose return or replacement items which will direct you to another page. On that page select “received the wrong item” from the reason list.

Describe your problem in the given box to proceed further.

After that, you will choose a bank account to which you want your refund.

After certain days a delivery person will pick up the wrong item and after some time you will get your refund.

File a complaint:

Ans: Such issues take place when the seller sends the wrong items unknowingly or by mistake.

Ans: The replacement or return process time takes 4 to 7 days, depending upon the place you are living.
