To rotate an image in Photoshop using the keyboard, first select the image you want to rotate and then use the keyboard to enter the following command:Command: CMD + R (Windows), or Mac OS X: ⌘R (CMD + R)

There are a few ways to rotate an image in Photoshop. One way is to use the Rotate Tool (R). To rotate an image clockwise, hold down the Shift key and click and drag the mouse around the image.
